Introduction Call

Our hotel FF&E procurement process begins with the introduction call. During this call, we’ll ask a variety of questions and do a lot of listening as you share more about your property and your specific needs. 

Whether you’re starting a new construction or property refresh, are on a Property Improvement Plan (PIP), or just need someone to help with on-going resupply, we’ll establish the scope of the project, aligning project goals, timelines, budget, and requirements. Ultimately, on this call you’ll learn everything you need to know to start a successful procurement partnership. 

Design & Planning

From brand requirements to necessary furniture, in this early phase we’ll create a comprehensive project plan, accounting for every little detail. Together, we’ll help you decide what you need when it comes to the hospitality purchasing – this color of bedding, this style of furniture, this type of lighting.

We work to create a detailed plan before beginning work to avoid potential issues and eliminate financial surprises. Following your budget and schedule, we’ll guide you to exactly what you need for your FF&E procurement. 

Credit & Financing

Project Management

Our project management team deals with budgeting, vendor selection, ordering, shipping, receiving, and delivery coordination for smooth project execution. To reduce your stress, you’ll have a field-based design and procurement consultant working at your hotel to arrange orders and vendors. Additionally, a project manager, financial analyst, and project logistics representative will take responsibility for your project and organize every step for success.


Our Project Logistics team is dedicated to helping everything run smoothly. They’ll establish a punch list for each project, develop a timeline, and work with manufacturers to ensure products arrive when needed. They’ll also work with general managers and installers through the delivery process to make sure your project is done on time and on budget. We’re on point until the entire punch list is complete, even acting as a liaison and advocate for you where necessary to get any issues resolved.
