City Mills Hotel, GA
Innvision used strategic vendor partnerships to determine the right manufacturer for various custom elements on the project. Bryan Ashley built casegoods while Southfield provided seating for the Mill and River buildings. The suites and River House opened later, in 2023, with Leggworks providing casegoods and seating along with traditional seating elements by Kellex.
The design team used artifacts from the site to inspire custom light fixtures in the guestrooms with the help of Remington Lighting.
Innvision's procurement and logistics team facilitated phased purchase orders and phased delivery for this project that opened new phases each year from 2021 through 2023.
ID Studio and Innvision worked with trusted partner, Integra Fabrics, for the custom printing of the one-of-a-kind accent pillows using the screenprint design on the mill's original feed bags.
