Our Leadership Team
Walter Jones
Chairman
Walter heads Innvision Hospitality's board of directors and is an executive advisor to the president and senior management. He co-founded Innvision Hospitality in 2004 and served as president until 2011, growing the company from a start-up into a nationwide design and purchasing provider. Prior to Innvision Hospitality, Walter founded and built Middle Georgia Hospitality (MGH) to annual sales of over $90 Million until the company's sale in 1999. He has received various hotel industry distinctions and recognitions. Walter is an avid golfer and likes spending his spare time at the golf course.
Chris Parker
President
Chris works closely with Innvision’s management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Chris reinforces Innvision’s culture through team members’ practice of core values, core behaviors, and a growth mindset. An Innvision co-founder, Chris was COO & CFO from 2004 to 2011, helping establish the infrastructure and processes that enabled the company’s rapid growth. Before Innvision, Chris co-founded a wireless ISP and held brand marketing roles at Dell. Chris enjoys spending time with his family, attending his son and daughter’s sporting events, and playing tennis.
Andrew Schwanbeck
Chief Financial Officer
With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including five years with Middle GA Hospitality before joining Innvision in 2006, Andrew currently serves as CFO, overseeing financial and accounting operations as well as guiding strategic technology initiatives. While employed at Innvision, Andrew previously held roles including Project Management and Director of Operations, IT, and Finance. In his free time, Andrew is an avid sports fan, enjoys traveling, and spending time with his family and their three dogs, often attending youth travel soccer games on weekends.
Tom Inglis
EVP of Sales & Operations and Chief Growth Officer
When people say, "hospitality is either in your blood or it's not," Tom Inglis knows exactly what they mean. He started in the hospitality industry soon after college with Middle Georgia Hospitality, and five years later he moved to Higgins Purchasing Group in Atlanta until 2001. After a lengthy hiatus from the hospitality industry, he rejoined the field in 2021 when he became part of Innvision. As EVP of Sales & Operations and Chief Growth Officer, Tom works across various business channels to drive growth and expand opportunities. Outside of work, he values spending quality time with his family, playing golf, fly fishing—and is always happy to chat about Rum!
Holly Stamps
Director of Design & Business Development
Holly brings a contagious passion and energy to the Studio, fueled by her love for travel, design, and architecture. Influenced by her mother’s artistic background, she developed a fascination with creating functional, aesthetic spaces. With over 15 years of hospitality design experience, she excels at crafting unique spaces that align with brand and location. As Director of Design and Development, Holly leads her team with creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, hiking, and cuddling with her dogs.
Jenniffer Hilton
Director of Credit & Accounting
Currently overseeing the Credit Department at Innvision, Jenniffer Hilton ensures that proper credit terms are established and timely payment collections. She joined the company in 2016, initially working as a Credit Analyst, where she supported various sales representatives and clients with the credit process. Prior to Innvision, Jenniffer accumulated 15 years of experience in banking and loan management, bringing extensive financial expertise. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through activities such as playing pickleball, participating in 5k walks, and kayaking.
Desirey Hasker
Director of Business Development & Marketing
Desirey Hasker works in partnership with the Sales, Marketing & Operations teams to drive strategic opportunities towards revenue growth. Desirey manages the Business Development team, whose main priorities are lead generation and CRM management with the sales team. She also works closely with sales management and marketing to assist in executing revenue-generating initiatives. In her spare time, Desirey enjoys engaging in her own renovation and decorating projects at home. Family-focused, Desirey also loves spending quality time with her husband and children.
Carol Cannon
Director of Project Management
Carol Cannon currently serves as the Director of the Project Management team and Brand Liaison at Innvision, where she plays a key role in overseeing projects and managing brand relationships. She began her career at Innvision in 2006 as a Project Manager, later advancing to the position of Director of Vendor Management. Prior to joining Innvision, Carol had a background in textiles, which has translated well into her work in the hospitality industry. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Carol enjoys supporting her alma mater, the University of Georgia, and is a passionate Dawg fan.
Jamie Williams
Director of Logistics
Jamie Williams is the Director of Logistics at Innvision, a position she has held since 2020, where she manages the daily operations of the Logistics team and leads her own projects. She joined Innvision in 2016, initially as a Sales Coordinator, and later took on roles in Inside Sales and Logistics. Before joining Innvision, Jamie worked for a third-party logistics company, overseeing warehousing and shipping for major clients such as Walmart, Russell Stover’s, and Mead Paper. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and pets.
Renee Rudder
Design Director
Inspired by touring Gilded Age mansions in Newport, Rhode Island, Renee’s passion for design and architecture developed at a young age. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Georgia and began her career with a top architectural firm in Atlanta. In 2008, she transitioned to hospitality with Design Continuum, Inc., where her expertise in space planning and guest experience quickly advanced her career. As Design Director, Renee leads multiple hotel projects while fostering a collaborative, growth-focused team environment. Outside of work, she enjoys family time and supporting her favorite sports team.
Laurie Lee
Design Director
Laurie has spent her entire career in hospitality design, having taken on several different roles in the industry. After many years as an interior designer, Laurie pivoted mid-career to work for both Marriott and IHG on the brand side of hotel design before returning to work as a Design Director with ID Studio. She manages many projects in her current role and pushes designers to achieve a holistic design vision with the goal to push the boundaries of creativity. Outside of work, Laurie enjoys hiking and teaching mindful meditation.
Community involvement
Innvision plays an active role in community building and improvement. Innvision’s Chairman Walter Jones Jr., is also a Chairman of Midway Recovery, a non-profit organization co-founded in 1982 by Walter Jones Sr. Originally an alcohol addiction recovery facility, Midway has evolved into a substance use disorder treatment center with 6 to 12-month programs. The facility currently accommodates 20 men and relies solely on grants and donations. Midway's board is in the process of expanding capacity and services.
