Since the Homewood Suites Grand Rapids Downtown project first broke ground in 2014, Innvision Hospitality worked behind the scenes, managing the property’s design development, FF&E procurement, and project logistics needs.

Working within the historic Waters Building, our team took inspiration from the former furniture factory’s unique history to produce a memorable property design. We incorporated original elements such as exposed brick and hardwood floors with contemporary wallcoverings for a distinct, authentic experience.
